Meet Yvonne

Yvonne Jaramillo Ahearn, is a Broker with Compass on Oahu, Hawaii. Yvonne brings clients over three decades of real estate and legal experience, as well as an enduring love for the islands and its people, which began during a 1997 Maui sabbatical, during her prior career as an attorney in San Francisco.

Yvonne sells island wide, at all price points. Yvonne is a consistent individual Top Producer in her market, having sold over $150 Million in real estate, on her own, in the past 15 years. Yvonne was also awarded the coveted Aloha Aina "People's Choice" Award by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS^® in 2021, 2015, 2011, and 2010. Before joining Compass, as the first agent on Oahu and a Founder of Compass Hawaii, Yvonne was the Principal Broker of her own boutique firm, Home Shoppe Hawaii, for almost a decade. Now, she leads the Ahearn Team Oahu, a group of experienced Brokers, known in their community for their consistent, responsive, diligent, and ethical service.

Yvonne’s neighborhood expertise spans the island of Oahu. She resides in Kailua and sells there, as well as in areas favored by military service members, such as Kaneohe, Ewa Beach & Mililani, and upscale areas of Honolulu, including Manoa, Diamond Head, Hawaii Loa Ridge, and Kahala. She’s also helped many buyers navigate sales in Kakakao’s new luxury condominium projects. Wherever you choose to live, you can be assured the most professional and trustworthy guidance with Yvonne.

Before real estate, her years as an attorney in San Francisco included advising senior leaders of prominent corporations and nine-figure deals, as well as leading a consulting team that helped brick and mortar businesses move into the Internet space. Yvonne's experience and expertise in law, technology and Internet marketing, is shared by few other REALTORS, but is critical in today's real estate marketplace. Yvonne lives in Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu, with her husband, Neil, a USMC officer, and her son who attends Punahou School. Her interests outside of real estate include spending time in her garden full of tropical plants and volunteering in the community.
